Beef Stroganoff Penne Pasta


 200g dried penne

 3 tbsp olive oil

 150g minced meat

 1/3 onion diced

 2 cloves garlic finely chopped

 4 pcs white button mushroom sliced

 3 tbsp Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing

 Mixed dried herbs, Salt and pepper

1. In a medium pot, boil some water and add salt. Once bubbling, add the pasta and cook for 8 -10 minutes or until al dente. Strain and dress with olive oil to avoid from sticking

2. In a saucepan, add olive oil, minced meat, salt and pepper

3. Cook the meat halfway and add mushrooms, garlic and dried mixed herbs. Cook for 2 minutes

4. Add a dash of water to keep it moist. Take off from heat

5. While the sauce is still hot, toss the pasta in and add Kewpie Roasted Sesame dressing

6. Stir and serve with more Kewpie Roasted Sesame Dressing
