Ingredients:
1 large onion
500g minced meat
1 cup mozarella cheese
Salt (to taste)
1 tablespoon flour
2 eggs
1 cup Bread crumbs
Method:
1. Slice the onion.
2. Mix the minced meat with mozzarella cheese.
3. Dip it in the eggs and flour, alternately.
4. Repeat.
5. Coat with breadcrumbs.
6. Then, heat the pan with some oil and fry the onion rings until golden brown.
