Ingredients:
500g Rice
5 Crab sticks
1/2 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 stick Lemongrass
3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
1 Red Chili
5 Prawns
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 cup Mixed vegetables
3 tbsp Oil
Method:
- Saute onions and garlic in a pan with some oil.
- Add in lemongrass and sauté until fragrant.
- Add in the chili, prawn and crab sticks then pour in oyster sauce.
- Add rice into the pan the stir until well mixed.
- Finally, add in the kaffir lime leaves.
