TANDOORI CHICKEN
Ingredients needed to make this recipe;
1 whole chicken – cut into 4 parts
Ingredients A: dry ingredients to be finely ground
1 tablespoon of aniseed
I tablespoon of coriander powder
1 tablespoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of clover
1 teaspoon of cardamom
Ingredients B: wet ingredients to be finely ground
250 grams of ginger
7 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 tablespoon of wringer powder
2 ½ cups of yoghurt
Salt and white pepper to taste
Ingredients C: ingredients for
Mix one cup of tomato sauce with ½ cup of yoghurt
Margarine for grease
To prepare:

Ground aniseed, coriander powder, black pepper, clover and cardamom.

Ground ginger, lemon juice, vinegar, wringer powder, yoghurt, salt, white pepper and garlic.

Mix the dry ingredients that have been finely grounded and the wet ingredients into a big bowl, add in chicken after and mix it all together.

Marinade overnight.

After marinade overnight, spread margarine on the surface of the tray grill and place the chicken on the tray. Spread the tomato sauce and yoghurt mixture on the chicken and bake it at the temperature of 200 Degree Celsius for 45 minutes or until the chicken has less drippings

When it is cooked, spread a little margarine on the chicken before serving it.
Tips:
To make your tandoori chicken a little bit spicy, add 4 blended dry chilies.
