Bahan – bahan:

4 ulas Bawang Putih, dipotong dadu

Cili Padi, dihiris

Minyak bijan

Scallop

Lobak merah

Ajinomoto

Garam

Lada putih

Lada hitam kasar

 

Cara membuatnya:

  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bawang putih dan cili padi. Kemudian, masukkan sedikit minyak bijan.
  2. Masok scallop dan lobak merah
  3. Masukkan penambah perisa Ajinomoto dan garam.
  4. Masukkan pucuk kobis.
  5. Masukkan lada putih dan lada hitam kasar. Kemudian, kacau hingga sebati.
