Ingredients (for 4 pax)
8 eggs
8 breakfast beef streaks
1/2 green capsicum – diced
8 pieces fresh button mushroom – sliced
100g mozarella cheese
1 tsp Aji-no-moto
8 tbs full cream milk
4 wrap/flat bread
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
200g Butter
Method
• In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs, milk and Aji-no-moto till frothy
• Heat 1 tbsp butter in another pan and cook the eggs to a moist scramble. Set aside
• Sautee the mushroom, capsicum and breakfast beef streaks in a small pan w some butter
• Season w salt & pepper. Set aside
• Heat the wrap/flat bread with cheese in the center on a pan for 20 seconds
• Assemble the burrito with eggs, vege and beef mixture in the center
• Wrap the burrito like an envelope and ready to serve
