LYCHEE CAKE
Ingredients:

125g butter

100g sugar

125g all-purpose flour

3 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla essence

½ tsp baking powder

½ tsp bicarbonate of soda

3 tbsp lychee juice

Lychees
Method:

Cream butter and sugar together till they become fluffy. Then add eggs, one at a time.

Add vanilla essence and lychee juice, then continue beating until incorporated.

When everything’s combined, add baking powder, bicarbonate of soda and all-purpose flour.

Lastly add some lychees into the batter.

Next, bake at 180°C for 45 minutes. Lychee Cake is ready to be served.
