Caesar Dressing Chicken Tortilla Wrap

Ingredients

300g chicken breast
Some salad leaves
100g Mushroom – sliced
Olive oil
Salt
pepper
2 tortilla wrap
2 tbsp Kewpie Caesar Dressing

Methods

• Season chicken breast with salt, pepper, and olive oil
• Pan fry chicken until cook – 4 minutes per side. Set aside to cool
• Shred the chicken in a mixing bowl then add 2 tbsp Kewpie Caesar Dressing and mix to combine
• In a hot pan, sautée the mushroom w some olive oil, salt and pepper. Set aside
• Warm up the tortilla wrap on a dry pan or in an oven for 1 minutes
• Assemble the wrap by placing salad leaves in the center of the wrap, followed by chicken filling then mushroom.
• Wrap the tortilla like a cone. Ready to serve
