Bihun Goreng Putih

Bahan – bahan:

Bihun (rendam)

6 ulas Bawang putih – ditumbuk

8 ulas cili padi – ditumbuk

2 sudu makan udang kering – ditumbuk

1 sudu lada hitam AJI-SHIO

8 ekor udang basah

Air secukupnya

Garam

Serbuk perasa

 

Bahan – bahan lain:

Kucai

Carrot

Kobis

 

Cara membuatnya:

  1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bahan tumbuk hingga wangi.
  2. Masukkan garam, perasa, lada hitam AJI-SHIO dan udang.
  3. Kacau sebati hingga udang berubah warna. Masukan air agak-agak untuk lembutkan bihun. Selepas air dah mendidih baru masukan bihun.
  4. Kacau hingga bihun lembut dan sebati dengan bahan tumisan.
  5. Seterusnya masukkan sayur-sayuran dan masak hingga bihun kering sedikit dan tutup api.
