Bahan-bahan
– Air
– 8 biji cili merah
– 12 biji bawang merah
– 5 ulas bawang putih
– 2 cm kunyit
– 1 1/2 cawan air asam jawa
– 1/2 biji nenas
– 1 sudu kecil garam
– 3 sudu besar gula
– 10 ekor udang

Cara Membuat
1. Mula-mula masukkan air, cili merah, bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit. Kisar sehingga halus
2. Kemudian, masukkan air asam jawa, bahan kisar, nenas, gaul sebati
3. Masukkan garam, gula, masak sehingga nenas empuk
4. Masukkan udang. Gaul sebati
